can i seed a single bud?

if i were to brush pollen on a single bud or single limb, will just that bud or limb seed or will the whole plant produce seeds, if not will the other buds without seeds even be worth smoking?

Yes if you are very careful.

They should all be the same quality regardless if fertilized or not...you'll just have less yield on the seeded bud.

i do this regularly, one tiny lower side bud
get maybe 5-10 seeds, everything else seedless

yea it will. steps for success:
baggie , pollen (contained) , q-tip, spray bottle with water
isolate branch to pollenate
pollenate wut q-tip gently
place baggie over and twist tie .
spray rest of plant wit water to negate pollen on other branches
remove baggie after 24-48 hrs and spray with water.
