2 lbs of thick cut Mexican meat market bacon

2 eggs

Tons of seasonings, hard to over do it on meatloaf

2 toasted hotdog buns as bread crumbs

1 large jalapeno

1/2 yellow onion

350F until done

Drizzled with real maple syrup and Honey

1 can of tomato soup for the gravy

1 tbsp of flour for gravy

1/2 of rendered grease for gravy

2 tbsp of Katsup for gravy

About a hour later drain grease into the tomato soup, not to much, it's gravy. Tomato gravy is probably the single most important aspect of the dish.

That's about the time it will be ready. My girl worked late and now she is acting like she doesn't like meatloaf, seriously wtf? Fucking people get spoiled on trash ass food take out/to-go/fastfood and don't appreciate home cooked meals. Her generation is doomed.
