First time ever growing (outdoor potted grow)

Hi I started growing for the first time about two and a half months ago starting with 3 inch clones. I chose an outdoor grow because of lack of space for an indoor grow.
My largest plants (about 4 feet tall now) are doing fine after a boron deficiency except one who is showing signs of a calcium deficiency now. One of my smaller plants has just been devastated by the deficiencies. I have been using FoxFarm Ocean Forest as my soil and I used borax to treat the boron deficiency. I am going to start on adding nutrients to the soil today as well as pH testing and adjusting my water. I was wondering if I would be able to use a crushed up calcium pill to add calcium, the nutrient mix I will be adding today has the magnesium needed. so I was thinking that a crushed pill would be a quick way to get them the calcium needed? I have posted pictures of the most affected plant below, is there any chance that I can save it?

FFOF as is is only good for about 3 weeks with no nutes, you should have added nutes awhile ago. Your leaves show more magnesium deficiency than calcium. But, start with basics and make sure your pH is in line first. Are you using tap or RO water?

I am using tap water. I am very new and didn't know about needing extra nutes until only about a week ago, which the plants were growing beautifully until about two weeks ago. The picture below is a different plant, what does this look like to you? I'm not really up to speed on growers jargon being a complete noob so I have no idea what FFOF or RO stands for. My apologies for my ignorance.

ffof is fox farm ocean forest, RO is reverse osmosis water.
I honestly haven't ever seen damage like that, only times I've seen similar issues, is when someone sprays something on their plants in full sun.
also the leaves are "canoeing" which is most often caused by high temps.
The light yellowish new growth may be from a simple nitrogen issue, or perhaps being rootbound. However the older growth is fairly deep green looking, which is why I hesitate to say it's a nitrogen issue.
but that damage is a lil odd, typically calcium or magnesium def don't have that good of green color to them.
Did you spray them in direct sunlight by chance?

I sprayed them for white powder mold about a week and a half ago, other than that they get misted when I water the other plants in the garden. Thank you for clearing that up for me lol I was lost. I'm uploading a pic of the whole plant.

So I tested the pH of the water today it was at 8.0! Way high! After nutes it dropped to below 4.0 which is when I added 1/4 tsp baking soda. PH is now at a 6.0.
