Hi

plants are 3 weeks old just gone into the final pot.

Saw all the roots wrapped around the soil when I transplanted them.

Are my plants ready for nutrients now?

Three weeks old is definitely OK for feeding.
I typically wait until they have at least 3 sets of leaves before giving nutrients...that can be as soon as one week old depending on the strain.

Agree, if it's got some fresh soil, you just feed it. Give it a week and then start lightly feeding
