Is a hedge placing your money in a position where you lose value?
Huhhh?
Are you really so misinformed?
Evidently, yes you are?
Sad, as I thought that you were an older individual who should have some awareness as to the basics of investing.
Sorry I was incorrect.

Yep, that is what he claimed exactly 2 months ago on June 25th...

It is really WEIRD that he has not made a statement about it since thursday when it started crashing... I am sure it is simply an oversight, he is happy to come out on things within HOURS of them when they seem to support his ideology.
why so silent when the stock market gained more under obama's presidency than any other president in american history?

No what's weird is you haven't said shit about the stock market for the last 6 years it has been rising
Why does my opinion mean anything in this situation? I wasnt the one claiming to have saved the stock market... That was Barak Obama on or before June 25, 2015... Two months ago.

Now since it has cratered he has been strangely silent. I wonder why he isnt claiming credit for it....

This might be considered a bit hypocritical to a normal person.

I remember not long ago when gold and weed were on par per ounce.
It will go back there again.

I don't understand why people dump money into a market so easily manipulated.
You clearly have no idea what you are talking about. The prices are going to diverge further.

With decriminalization and legalization the price of marijuana is decreasing everywhere. Even in my state prices are dropping.

Besides the fact that one is a renewable resource that is only inflated by its illegality and the other is finite and scarce.

It typically costs *x* dollars to create an ounce of gold. It costs far less to create an ounce of marijuana.

They will never be close to equal again unless prohibition returns.

I meant that gold is going to tank.
I remember when an oz of gold was between 200 - 300 per oz

You completely miss understood what I was talking about. I wasn't exactly clear though.

I don't really care about the price of weed.
However, I do remember when the price of gold and weed were both between 200-300 an oz.

Gold will tank. Just like oil just did.
