If he is living with someone who has a rec it brings it up to 24 plants, or he could have registered as a caregiver while the warrant was being processed which takes days to weeks for something like this. Make the terrorists work for it.

The county he lives in has an ban on outdoor growing. They already had all the authority they need. The fine was their leverage.....something about $18,000

From another country i look on...just find it hard to believe you guys have to put up with all this shit when the cops could be utilising their time better going to sleep at night knowing they prevented true crime and not just plant growers who in general keep out of trouble and are law abiding so they dont bring attention to themselves and what they do 
Problem is a big chunk are pussy's. Too afraid to go after violent crime. That's why they are so scared when someone takes out their wallet, the piggy shoots them to death. A lot of cowards wearing badges. Not to say all are, plenty of good pigs too. I don't know. Not trying to make this a political discussion. But Bernie is a Democrat socialist like obama. And obama said the similar shit to get elected and look how that turned out. He did a complete 180 and spent more money going after cannabis than any president in history. Bernie and trump are leading the poles. They will probably fizzle out before the primary's

They didn't care for a while. Now they want their cut. Cops are going to become like the mob running protection and extorting growers until it's legal. Or they're all out of a job. Every grower needs to fight back and stand up for rights.
Wow that's a major change from 2 weeks ago when they didn't care and wanted nothing. Glad you shared the new policy change. You got one thing right though, if you want your rights sometimes you have to fight for them.

Corso - I live 100 yards from butte creek in Chico ca. I can't take my dog swimming there because the meth heads have taken it over . It's a huge homeless camp now . I've called and complain and do you think anything has been done ? Absolutely not .

If they even think a branch is going to grow past the allotted area they will make you cut it back. My friends plants were getting too tall and they made him chop the tops before they were even past the height limit because they would have gotten too tall during stretch. These guys are out for blood this year. That's why I've been urging everyone to stay low key.

It takes them 15 minutes to get a warrent that is basically on pre-approved status by the judge. They just call and ask for it and its done.Without a warrant I still don't see why you let them cut your plants... I would have came out armed... And told them to come back with a warrant or face the consequences. Not trying to sound like a keyboard warrior, I just take my rights seriously and personally. You come on my property and steal/damage my property you are going to be shot. I live in Woodland Hills, Ca. and see the helicopters fly by all the time. Luckily enough I have 3 really big dogs that scare most people away. Hope the lawyer can help. Sucks you have to go through this. All this BS over a plant the Earth gives us.

When they tried to ban outdoor here I contacted the board members who were voting and let them know that property values are going down in locations that have banned cultivation. People like you are packing up and moving, leaving tons of empty houses on the market. Thankfully they decided to put off the vote until next year with the amount of community backlash they were getting.

Yeah your probably right . this fucking witch hunt their on is completely outta control . Butte county growers though didn't vote I suppose last year and this is what happens . Hopefully this is a lesson learn and next time we get all of us at the polls trying to make a difference .

For something as minor as 18(12 could be argued in court if you have a rec) plants, it would take awhile... Im sure they have a lot more on their hands, especially in Cali where we can more or less smoke walking down the street and no one will say anything... "pre-approved warrant" never heard of one.
