I am offically 100% as of today! Got my check and some paperwork.
The last episode of Dexter, he said serial killers come from Bend lol. It will not stop me or hinder my decision! What is going on with Klammoth falls? I found nice places for cheaper than expected! I was under the impression that Salem was kind of rough? I really dont know... I was trying to decide if we wanted to buy an RV and travel to these places first or use the money to put towards a house!
Where I live, people say if you dont like the governor or the laws you can move. So I think that I will move. leave my $90,000 house here and buy a $250,000 house elsewhere. Nice politics huh... Aparently, the school teacher have moved also.

Talking about Colorado? I have talked about it with my wife. EVERYBODY is moving there and it is hard to find a cool house. Southern Oregon I can find multiple properties that are waterfront, river or lake. Also, I have considered the climate and how close my family will be. Far is better lol. Fucking lowlife methheadsSure you don't want to consider our fair state?

I found houses on the Oregon coast, but we have considered it also. We have been looking inland towards Klamath falls and Grants pass. I think that Colorado would be far enough away. I just see pics and colorado looks like rocky soil and negative 30F during winter. Really, it comes down to the housing market.Logic like that is hard to argue with. I know about crazy family- the trouble is that mine all know how to book cheap airfare!
I like waterfront property, as long as tsunami risk is ZERO. You should double check that before you buy... it's the reason I wouldn't buy land in south Florida, even if they gave it to me.

So many people have been moving to Colorado, it seems to be the norm...The Rocky Mountains and killer winters are how we keep the wannabes out.
For proof of how well it isn't working, the local housing market is tighter than a virgin's... yeah. You get the picture!
I have been looking at school ratings. It is hard to find a good house within a good school district. Maybe I am looking in the wrong places? I was told that Medford has a lot of meth heads, and I would want to avoid that. I was under the impression that Ashland was a classy place. Was I wrong?Grants pass has tons of places for sell. No,where to,work there since the mills closed so many choices woth motivated sellers. Mild winter's there to.
Salem was on the bottom of the school list. I really could not find much about Grants Pass or Medford... It gets overwhelming trying to find a new place to live!Medford, and ashland when I drove thru and, stayed, night seemed decent...kinda,dirty though, and a lot,of,low income.
