I'm someone who has greatly benefited from it. But I do have a very big and just grievance and apparently there is absolutely no way to file a complaint. Feeling pretty abused and helpless. My daughter got kicked off Medicaid so I called the Marketplace and added her to my policy. She was supposed to be enrolled 9/1. But the stupid lady I talked to never finished completing the addition, a total mistake on her part, even though she said it was all complete. So now my daughter will go a whole month+ not having insurance until 10/1, because "that's how it works" and they can't add her sooner. I've googled everything and apparently I'm just fucked. Or a 2 year old is.

I still don't have obamacare because I refuse to get it because I don't like to get told what to do. o_O

Paid the fine last year. This year it's going to be a big one. Fuck him though. Cheaper so far to pay the fine and go to clinics when necessary than to pay for his bullshit. Fuck you Obama!

I went to the social security office, to get a replacement card. The depressed government employee asked if I had a healthcare card I replied "no, I got denied' she said "you got denied".... Yes you can get denied... I had no job, no nothing that was legally in my name and they said that I am not approved.

I don't know how obamacare shit even works.. I hardly ever get sick and if I do I can go to feed store and buy penicillin for under 10 bucks..

And once somebody showed me where they want to chip everybody in a couple years or some bs..

I'm not comfortable with giving the DMV my fingerprints to get a DL either.

Yep. The gubbamint is forcing us into their plan man. Resist all urges to conform! Move to the hills, stockpile weapons and flame throwers grow a beard and get weird. That's the life.

I went from paying $500 a month for the three of us to paying $48 a month for the three of us and a little better coverage to boot. But obviously shit's still broken. Why do we have to wait at all? My daughter isn't sick thank god, But she's 2, them fuckers hurt themselves sometimes! She was taking speech classes because she might have been a little delayed, but now that's all fucked too. I guess I'll just keep her inside for the next month.

Oh, you`re missing the good part,...subsidy is not forever, it`s to get you started on track with knowhow,...people tell me in five years that 48 dollars goes to the thousands, all that cost get`s made up for in the short run.

I hope that aint true because a lot are in it now.

How did they fine you and find you? I never paid a fine. Never received anything. I assume they got it out of taxes or garnished wages. They haven't gotten me with anything .... I won't get it after it screwed over family needing specialty care.

Obama care will get repealed when the next president takes office.

That doesn't surprise me. It's probably due to a budgeting/accounting thing to make it easier for them. The alternative may cost quite a bit more in administration.. but that's just a guess.

Just ball her up in some bubble wrap and dunk her in bleach every few hours until you get coverage again. You'll be fine. =P

Taxes! Last year it was 2% or 200 per person under whatever income, whichever is greater? This year it doubles.

I thought it was flat rate $90 fine. So obama lied about the fines too. Who would of thought .... lol

I'm not 100% sure on the numbers. I think below a certain income, you are waived entirely. Otherwise the % or flat rate, whichever is greater.

Yeah. That sounds more like it.

Your high as fuck. I never said that. I said my sister got dropped from her insurance and obama care wouldn't cover her cancer treatment like they claimed they would. . She got billed 4 times what she would of paid without Obama care.


The meth thing you are thinking of was a TV show called breaking bad.

doesn't she pay something like $3 million a month for her cancer and had to sell her home and go into prostitution or something?

I got fined when I did my taxes. Last year it was like $800 or something and this year it's 1% of your income I think? They take it out of your return. So I'll get walloped this year but it's still less than paying a few hundred a month.
