What makes you think you need to flush
What makes you think not to flush??i flush to remove Fertilizers And extra salt Build up ..it also Gives the buds a nice smooth good taste If you have black ashes You need to flush more. If your ashes are white you flushed good.. For Outdoor I'm debating On to flush like the 17th of SeptemberMaybe the 15th

You can just give water last two weeks you dont have to flush really if you do that, but if you do flush id say last two weeks some ppl flush on last week depends on the situation I guess.

Because flushing doesn't work the way that it is regurgitated on cannabis forums. I don't get built up salts. Black ash Huh? Yea I still don't flush and get your so called "white ash". That nice smooth good taste is due to the way you dry and cure your buds. Why is it that flushing is only huge with cannabis and not in other plants? Do you read about or see fruit and vegetable growers flushing fields and fields of product?

Actually the reason a flush is recommended is because it forces the plant to use up excess nutrients stored in the leaves. Some people say it makes a difference, but the dry and cure method is most important to produce smooth tasty buds.

Flushing is more than just giving your plants some water. Flushing is essentially leeching the soil. And all that does is remove salts from the soil of you have a build up. If you thing you're removing the "harsh" or "chemical" taste from the plant that way, then you're wrong

You're right it uses up nutrients in the leaves but that's only because you're depriving your plant of nutes in one of its most critical points in its life. You're causing a deficiency hence the change of color from green to yellow

Flushing to clean up the dirt? what does that have to do with smoking the buds? Tobacco burns white and doesn't crackle usually and it's almost always full of ferts and not flushed. Chlorophyll, moisture and starches, that's the problem and dealt with in the cure/dry.

I think the flushing has been a way to get a jump on using up starches within the plant, makes the cure go a little quicker maybe?
