Can anyone please tell me how often should i water/feed 7 days old seedlings

touch the earth, break it up some, if it feels moist on top, chances are theirs wet soil under. if it crumbles dry, add water. i use a cup of water to measure how many cups i give my soil and learn from there.

Depending on the nutritional value of your soil you might not need to give fertiliser. That's one thing that has allwAys appealed to me about soil, you can pretty much just scrape away an inch or so of old soil and replace it with some nice new soil and water it through. Obviously if it's a really light mix you might want to add some fertiliser, or simply replace some light mix with some more nutrient rich soil.

You should also try lifting the pots up to get used to how much they weigh when wet vs dry, itll make things easy for you in future

depends on color of the leaves, with my dutch passion twilight it sprouted really light green, added a bit of N "nitrogen" id say about 1tsp per gallon, just gave it a splash. Couple days passed n new darker green leaves began to grow. so it all depends on the genetics. .
