I am new to the juicing scene! I love to eat fruit but veggies are a little harder to eat. I am talking like the leafy kind without ranch dressing!
I am addicted to coffee and I hope that I could get a good boost from juice also.

If you have exp juicing, I would like to hear from you!

Sounds extremely cool how much did you buy it for? I've always been a smoothie fan than juice when you're juicing lot of the fruit goodness gets wasted + you would need lots of fruits for some tiny amount of juice. You can make milkshakes with them I guess?

There is a great smoothie place new me and I've really gotten into smoothies recently. They make one with kale and bananas and idk what else, maybe carrots...and they throw some protein powder in there and some almond milk...its fricken phenominal but its also $10 plus tip.
I gotta get me a nice juicer...I did do some reading...apparently the masticating juicers are better albeit more money. Amazon sells some nice ones.

My wife bought a refurbished one for $210 on Ebay. I read the reviews on amazon, ebay really does not have a good "review" section... It should be here any day now!
Eh I eat enough damn vegetables lol
I'm a goddamn bunny rabbit
I might have to get a few recipes off of you! I like to eat well, but it is hard to go shopping without knowing what to get.
I live close to farms. I need to find a farmer's market, I know that they have to be around here somewhere...

When I was in the Army, it was easy to walk into the chow hall and pick a nice meal... Being stoned with the munchies is a lot harder...
When I was in the army before my deployment, I would eat everything and workout hard. I was infantry, so PT was a big deal. I am 6'5" and I was weighing 240 during a hard PT regime. I never had a six pack or anything but I was benching 350lbs at the time.
During my deployment, I was forced to eat in the chowhall. I dropped down to 212lbs, and I was not doing any PT really. I was eating tuna on a salad and bean soup for lunch everyday. I liked eating it, I didnt have to force myself to eat these foods and they tasted good... I was leaner, and able to run faster. It was all about the diet... Didnt have beer and hotwings lol...
I feel that the FDA does not want the average citizen to be healthy. Why???

Why is it "out of the ordinary" for an american to eat a healthy diet?

^^^that looks like a fine machine. I may just have to bite the bullet and purchase one.

edit: where do u find ur juice recipes?
It is supposed to be dependable. I saw good reviews, other than amazon.

I am new to this and I was hoping someone could point me to some recipes lol. I guess that I had the tomato based V8 in mind?

I never had a V8 without vodka in it!

I just found out what time and days the farmer's markets are. It is just a couple of hours a day, twice a week. Kind of hard to catch them!

celery ginger apple berry. heck, throw anything in there. I'll put an entire lemon, rind and all, into a juice or smoothie.
I have been seeing ginger in a few recipes... I never would have guessed! Why do you use it? I should look into something that is good for ulcers. I developed a decent ulcer and I feel it almost every morning...
