1 plant in my backyard

i only have 1 marijuana plant in my backyard and its starting to have buds now. It doesnt smell or anything yet but i think it will and i have to move it since my plant is planted right next to the fence and my neight could smell it. I live in florida and if the police shows up am I going to go to jail?

Hard to say.
I've dug up good sized plants and moved them inside without losing any. Just dig wide and deep, should you decide to try doing so . . . and let 'em recover in the dark overnight.
Then I just let 'em bud by a bright window.

Can't predict what kind of PIG you'll get but from experience ussually they just pull up the plant and are done with it.

Most Likely Yes, Florida laws are tough. How is it you live in FL and don't know that

Indoors or out of view from anywhere the public can see into your backyard (including neighbors).
