im digging the coco.. ive had tough time over watering BUT the plants are all killling it... theyre look very good

I've got alot to learn too. I actually have a pineapple haze growing with two different fan leaves with camouflage so that's cool, but I also lost two seedlings to shell being stuck on cotyledons and I was to nervous to attempt to remove them. I also used neem oil in an attempt to combat fungus gnats and I think I killed two more plants, trimmed them to bare bones to see if they bounce back, so I'm also having alot of issues early but I'm glad because the first 11 I have are bagseeds, which are what I'm practicing on, and the other 7, doing well, are beans I paid for and I'll be better prepared for the next run. I'm actually going to build my own soil, sounds nice only watering throughout the whole life cycle.
 
took 3 weeks for my plant to say she was hungry just tap water up to then... it ph buffers so i had to do literally nothing however i am now gonna start ph balancing my flowering plants as im sure its getting older and less good stuff in my soil left

According to foxfarm's website, I'm using ffof, it states "algae growth is good, it means the soil is good and alive." Not sure about coco, but when I see it on top of my soul, I just mix it around. My girls are good so hopefully the algae is no problem.

i never mixed mine around lol i just left it be a prayed.... i hoped it was like wildlife if it dont bother me i wont bother it......never made my plants sick yet.
 
i nkew there was benificial bacterias, and i know with other plants algae is good, so i didnt stress over it , just waited for a problem to occur.... also just went down to check on my flowering plants for the first time today, and got confirmation my other two are girls ( atomic bomb) and (criticical x cheese candy) .... i also have a much bigger buzz light gear in there and she is about to start budding
 
next up is 2 purple paralysis , 2 black destroyer and a blueberyy og !!!! ill be vegging 1 purple paralysis 1 black destroyer and the blueberry for 3 or 4 weeks, the other 2 im flipping tommorow after 2 weeks of veg cuase im running out of room
