White powdery spots

Ive been getting white powdery circles on leaves here and there. Cant get pics right now will by morning, I can wipe it rigt off any ideas?

I removed all affected leaves on all plants put in a bag and tied up, removed then sprayed a out 6-8 ozs of a mild acetic vinegar and water solution, hoping it works. Been working 13 hour daus and not able to tend az much as id like.

this is what I have used to combat PM

1 gallon of water
1 tablespoon of baking soda
1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon of dishwashing liquid

Mix the ingredients together and add them to a spray bottle.....spray your plants weekly
