I think legalization in terms of medical selling would need some kind of control so you don't see inferior quality bud being sold as medical but being able to produce your own at your own risk shouldn't be regulated. Honestly, most of us were born way too early in this worlds history to really see the benefits of what an evolved society can achieve. We're still stuck in a 20th century mentality that won't be shed for another generation and we're old and grey.

There really isnt much need for control.

What is inferior quality bud? Quality is a subjective thing. There's really only clean and not clean. Clean meaning free of mold/mildew and pesticides or at least the pesticides used are known.

If your selling unclean bud, the market will dictate how long your in business.
