Optic will send another Cree emitter to you and u can service yourself so u don't have to lose a fixture for any time. That's actually what the company prefers to do,but they do also take back for service if the grower isn't comfortable.
Unless its changed ,but last I checked Cree/Vero emitters had a 5year warranty which cant be beat by anyone!
Whats your opinion on being able to open the cases with a simple latch for service/inspection?

And yes thats what i dif last time. I sent the one module that wasn't working and they sent me a new one back
