As to how the good doctor would have handled the shooter, he said this LOL:
While other political candidates are calling for either gun control measures or arming teachers, GOP presidential candidate Ben Carson said Tuesday he'd have another strategy for a gunman like the one who killed students and a professor in Oregon last week: He'd probably stand up to the killer.
"Not only would I probably not cooperate with him, I would not just stand there and let him shoot me," the retired neurosurgeon told Fox News' "Fox & Friends" program about the Oregon killer, who asked his victims if they were Christians before he shot them.
"I would say 'Hey guys, everybody attack him. He may shoot me but he can't get us all.'"
Last week, Christopher Harper-Mercer, 26, killed his English professor and eight students at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg before turning a gun on himself, asking his victims before shooting them if they were Christians, and Carson said that troubles him.
