IS this grow room ok ?

This was infact a small toilet that has been converted to this ...it has a window near it for air flow and 4 light of 350 watt and i have put 23 plants inside .This grow is for selling purpose , is it good , can i make it to harvest ..the room size is a 5**4*4

No. You're gonna need more light. don't waste your money on CFL. Get a cheap HID. You don't need the reflector... hang the bulb vertically and organize the plants around it. They will want to lean towards the bulb so you'll have to keep them pulled back somehow

That's impossible. Look more. If not turn to T5 lights. Those are CFL too but they spread the light better and you can keep em closer
