(yeah i know BDW) .. but im not too sure if id wanna buy 3 buckets weighing in at 10kilos a piece thats nearly 100 lbs coming to my door .. although it would be nice to have those ..

Greensand is slow - medium for potassium. Looks like you want to mix the right formula in the soil or soiless as not to worry about it later. A good amount of compost or manure will last a while too.

I am using 2 of the 3 AN outdoor slow release prods. They are pretty expensive, but seem to be doing their job quite well. I've been giving them an application every 3 weeks or so as it says on the label and haven't come across any deficiencies so far. I'm only using the 2 last formulations, (Late Summer/Fall I think) since my mix was nice and rich with manure at the beginning. I've got more pics in the Outdoor Monster thread to show how it works.

that's bad advice, all three of those will attract animals. They will dig up your plants in search of food...
i have been using blood and bone meal and yes they will dig in the soil .. unless they are looking for roots.. but i think i might just get the AN heavy harvest ... except all 3 ... cause i can also use them with my veggy garden :D

it comes in a pellted form, processed in a factory not the the raw materials your thinking of. yea you are right if i put raw blood fish and bones every animal for miles would be digging around. :bigjoint:
