looking at renting a house for my grow opp.

Whats up riu. For the longest time I have been wonting to build a storage building for growing. But now I've been seing several houses in naboring towns goung up for rent for 4 to 5 hundred buxks a month. I can get arount using my name to rent the places but how do yall think I should go about getting the electric cut on? i really dont wanna put it in my name or any1 who can tie it to my name. what do yall think the best option would be? Also any pointers from experience would be greatly appreciated

first and foremost most places that rent you will need to sign a rental agreement, you cant just go up to a landlord with a ski mask on and be like heres 500$ for this month ill randomly find you on the 1st of next month and do the same. there is always some sort of paper trail

if the landlord needs to get into the house to do some sort of maintenance youll have to be there to open the door
i just dont logically see how you could pull this off

Here is first and last months rent and ill mail you money orders. I work in the oil field so ill almost never be here. Always working.... and im not wonting to run some huge operation man just 6 ro 8 600w lights

She ain't a dude she's a chick, a pretty fine female at that. What I would suggest is you find a cheap house with an unfinished basement for your flower your gonna need at least one bedroom upstairs for veg. But do it on a mortgage or a rent to own where you take care of all the maintenance. Like sunni said if you rent the landlord will eventually have reason to come into the house and with 8 lights going the whole house is gonna stink.

i was not being rude to OP i was just pointing out the cons of the situation of renting a house, and using it solely for growing purposes.
i get he doesnt like my opinion but it is still a valid one.

i just know its highly illegal and you could go away for along ass time even for small amounts of pot.

which is why i originally told him it was a bad idea.
there are 2 types of landlords

1. who does it by the book

2. who doesnt care who he rents to meaning he doesnt care about rental agreements, or renters rights, meaning he very well may just show up at that house whenever he feels like it, and find out theres marijuana growing it, which than leads him legally allowed to open the door call the cops and have the whole thing busted and ruined.
