pink isn't well

Hi everybody,

I'm wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction please. I think theyr a little bit short and have had cal mag and ph problems at week 5. BIG learning curve. I wasnt removing runoff and probably a bit of underfeeding. Any views appreciated. Thanks.

Northern lights
5 in one 1.2m tent and 5 in another.
feeding canna a/b (with bloom additive after light change over) and sometimes water. feed most days, started at about 400 ppm, and recently 1700 ppm. not sure of conversion scale though its a yellow U.S. type. all ph's to 6.0 6.1

I'm using canna coco med, canna A/B feed with either grotex monsterbloom or headmaster superior potash as a bloom add. I'm at week 8 or 9, 12/12 lights about 3 weeks. the pics look better in real, than the pics, but hope you can still see clearly the plants. Once again any help would be great PS: temps in both tents are 18c - 27c sometimes maxes at 30c. hum 40% to 57% sometimes maxes at 60.

Looking Good with minor to early nute burn, (imo) I'd trash that mop bucket, as I suspect theirs not enough holes in it, u need about 12 half inch holes minimum for a quick drain, trash the saucer too, Mj don't like wet feet(trust me on this one) the real issue here is the soil, its 'real' poo ..... potup with 30% perlite it will add a much needed air to your mix, and prevent root compaction even ease the dreaded nute burn, a fan will assist your stomata, above all flush the plants and no nutes until you see a positive recovery, ...good luck

Thanks mate yeah ok, I'll flush tomorrow, so how would I go about adding the perlite, I dont wanna go mixing it in now do I? you mean in general for next time is it? j

ifiwasyou? I'd get the perlite say 2 kg, and a 15 liter black round pot, add 30% perlite to the black pot,

add the rest of the soil mix well ..make a hole insert current plant ..water well leave in a dim place for 2-3 hours,

this is to allow the water to drain and 02 to attach to the rootlets, find or build a small pc type fan 100 -150mm to allow your plants to breathe and prevent temperature inversion

Well they seem to have picked up real quick, they needed a proper trim, and a shift around, kept my feed the same, just fed and drained more consistently. and vouala.. healthy looking babies, thanks for your advice, ill invest in tidy pots, add some perlite and maybe some clay balls and get into a feeding routine and stick to it, keep on top of ph and drainage and I should avoid calmag lock ups. But anyway, they have had a spurt now and theres flower sites and baby flowers galore. Panic over. Cheers vostok :)
