Using plants to help grow cannabis

hey since you're not too far into flower, I'd consider giving em a slight nitrogen boost. maybe top-dress w good soil, or some diluted earthworm casting tea, blood meal, guano or something. perhaps a splash of age old organics grow. Not much tho! just seems like your two big ones are running out of fuel and are fading too soon.
I have..

Peruvian seabird guano
Wiggle worm EWC
Bone Meal(just cuz it was cheap)
Oyster shell flour
Ocean Forest soil
Roots Organic Original soil

The following will be here Friday, idk if I should wait?
Alfalfa meal
Kelp meal
Fish bone meal
Crab Shell Meal
Glacial rock dust

Should I make a mixture Friday? Thanks man.

sounds like you're gettin your amendments together for a batch of good soil, but it will still need time to compost and activate. those two plants need something, specifically nitrogen, today. my understanding is bird and bat guano can be very hot, so I'd tend to top-dress with a lil EWC, or the Roots-soil which is already composted.

comfrey, aloe, peppers, and red clover so far ive companion planted with. i also like to use cover crops like red clover, vetch etc. preferably all those kinds in one batch.

I have purple cow compost (OMRI) as well I forgot.

Looking into what I should do.

I was giving them House and Garden Soil A + B/Roots Excellurator a couple times as well...

I wasnt going to use the bat guano in my "supersoil", so was debating on doing a topdress with a mixture of..

Roots Organic Original soil
EWC
Peruvian seabird guano?(smaller ratio of this, its like 11-12-2)

I also have purple cow compost. I have a bucket, with a smaller "Aquarium pump thing" with the tube and air stone. Can this come into any use? Thanks guys(&Abe)

Sorry to bug you. I was told its too late for top dress, and I need to foliar feed calmag (I have calimagic) with warm water? What do you think?

I havnt done foliar feed before, should I just use a regular spray bottle with warm water?

I thought you sprayed lights off, but was told otherwise today?
If you do it lights off, how long inbetween the lights turning on do you need?

hey dunno about the cal mag, a foliar won't hurt any though as long as it's a weak solution. use a natural, unscented few drops of liquid soap as a wetting-agent (opens stomata). focus on underside of leaves.

i was addressing the nitrogen, maybe place a few cups of EWC and a few of the compost into a five gallon bucket, fill w water and your air pump for a day or two and then water em w solution, then throw the muck at bottom into your new soil batch.

Yea they said calmag def and its too late to topdress and to foliar when lights are on. Didn't think ur supposed to do lights on foliar feed.

I top dressed with roots organic original and will foliar feed tom. Excited to bubble up a tea. Thanks man.

well if ya foliar with lights off u run the risk of mildew, either way just try not to soak the flowers that have started. you'll be fine w lights on for foliar, just let a fan dissipate the application somewhat dry(ish) before throwing the plants directly under a few 1000 watt lights.

that's cool that you're taking so much care with your first grows, but after awhile you'll laugh realizing how careful you have been. the plants are very forgiving overall. that new soil mix shld provide everything the plant needs to make things ez

Hey how much calmag should I use to foliar feed? I turn lights on in 4.75 hours, was planning on foliar feeding 2hr from now.

Also, I was thinking about transplanting the two flowering plants (just under 2weeks in 12/12) into 5gal smart pots. Im really worried, I dont have any big problems they seem like they need to be fed more. Theres atleast an inch of extra soil between where the roots start, so Im not too worried about rootbound.

Truly appreciate some extra help, before things take a wrong turn bud! Thanks for reading.

U can get away w repotting just be careful. turn the pot on it's side and rotate it as u press/crush on container sides to detach roots from plastic. I'm lazy as hell w foliar, so I'm no expert w amounts and ratio, in fact, I barely ever measure anything. just go for it and always go lightly, u can always do more later.

isn't there magnesium in epson salts, u can add that to your soil and maybe the repot. look into - unsulfured- blackstrap molasses and see how much goodness is in that stuff. get it at any market

I have unsulphered mollasses, and I also have it in a smart pot. Have you ever transplanted a smart pot? And lastly, have you transplanted during flower before?

I've repotted a few wks into flo more times than I care to admit. No, I've nvr trans from a smart pot before, thought u were in plastic joe brown. maybe slide a thin blade along the inside edge, or a paint stir stick, try no to tear the roots joe. it's much easier when they are dry because the whole root ball may shrink up some, joe brown.
