To use lenses or not? How many drivers per 16a breaker?

As above, I'm not sure it has been covered, if so forgive me not finding the thread but I'm wondering whether its a good idea to put these glass lenses I got from kb over the COBs. I think the lenses are 80 degrees (dont know how that is measured), they're quite heavy but seem to do a good job of sealing of the COBs which may be a desireable thing in itself.
2nd question: I think I read somewhere that these Meanwell drivers produce quite a load on the circuit when they start up, if this is so, does it mean I have to find a way to turn them on gradually rather than all at once? At the moment my 4 HPS1000's all go on together as they are on the same contactor however these will be replaced by 16 HLG-185's/HLG-240's all turned up to the max at some point. Will running them all of that same contactor trip the 32a (240v) breaker?

HGL-185H has an inrush current of 65 A ( @ 230 VAC ) .

16 x 65 = 1040 A ( !!! ) ..
I think no matter what type of circuit breaker / fuse ,
it will trip ..

Furthermore ,it states at the data sheet :

MAX. No. of PSUs on 16A CIRCUIT BREAKER : 4 units (circuit breaker of type B) / 7 units (circuit breaker of type C) at 230VA

( ReadTheFuckin'Manual , before any other action taken ....... )

Still ..
Even if all the AC wiring and circuit breakers would 've been able to withstand such an inrush current ...
The contacts of the plug timer (either mechanical or electronic ) would not "survive " of such current load ...

So...
Either "team" i.e every four drivers to work on a separate AC lines .
..
Or ..
You should use a relay based system ,in order to switch ON the drivers gradually (one after another ) ..
