DID I KILL MY SEEDS ??

I put 2 seeds in a paper towel then put them in between 2 plates and stuck them on top of my tv box I went to bed woke up they was up to 105 f so I stuck them 1 shelf up now there at 80 f to 85f been 2 days now and they did not crack I added a third 1 to day.....u all think I killed them??? last time only took 24 hr to crack.... is it normal for seeds to take 3 or 4 days to crack..... I got them from sick meds they are small ass green crack seeds.....

All my auto runs, the seed cracked in 24h. This is my first photo run and coincidentally none of the seeds wanted to show a root in the tupperware. I stuck them in the muck and it's been ok since. They poped up a day or 2 later...almost like "oh man this dirt feels so good, lemme grow."

Ive had my germ containers in the upper 90s before and things turned out ok.

should open in 24-48 hrs. & 105° is too hot... need moisture and warmth...80° works for me...paper towels were damp, right? good luck!

yea 24 hr usually for me to, seed bank said give them a week then they will handle it after that so I'm guessing they will replace them...wont they rot after 4 days lol.. idk I here it can take up to 3 or 4 days after that ill stick them in a glass then i give up

If it doesnt crack, chip the outer shell off slightly. Dunk it in water for a few hrs. Than drop her in that medium

Has worked with me a couple of times with fussy beans not germinating.

I'd put them in the dirt man. Gentle bresee on top.

if i put the seeds in the dirt do i leave light on and cover them with plastic wrap i usalyb poke 4 or 5 smalls in plastic then take off after a fue days

Leave it in the dark untill it sprouts, if your not experienced. Dont mess with humidity

Good luck - The seeds sound like they might be too immature to be viable... don't give up yet!

DOA...get some good ones. Avoid 105°F this time. Try Jiffy pellets...good luck!

when they sprout i usaly sit my humidity to 75 then week later i go to 65% rh then in flower i put my humidly to 50 %

I don't think I did shit to them I added a fresh seed to it 24 h ago and it has not did shit at all, just ordered Barneys Pineapple Chunk going to run them instead easy to grow and strong stuff....... still going to wait and see what happens. but don't look like I will be smoking any crack any time soon

we will see I'm not giving up any seed I ever tried to pop did it in 24 hr or less some 2 days but after 4 days never had any luck. I give up hope after for days but ill let them chill for 10 days be 4 actually giving up

Dig the seed/seeds up and crack the outer shell slightly, and try again.

Recently happened to me with a barneys farm seed, ended up germinating after cracking of the outer shell.

paper towel if I planted in soil id not be as concerned I have had seeds take 2 weeks in soil

Luck of the draw. Who knows how the seeds are stored, or how long they have been sitting!
