I don't remember anything more than you wanting a gun!
we ended up closing it , by the end of it i was just being attacked
in canada you have to keep your guns locked up and unloaded which to a bunch of users here was stupid for even having one, and i couldnt ever use it, and im too meek to know how to shoot a handgun even know i said several times ive had no problems with rifles
it was just stupid. wish you didnt bring that back up LOL

You don't want a 22. So anything else. 22 ammo is limited on how much you can get and prices have gone up. A nice 9 for a double tap would be good. I protect my house with an extremely sharp bouie knife. The other is a very old bayonet. It has killed plenty. I prefer my target lives.

ya until some people chewed me out for trying to get one
there are decent suggestions in there
no pink guns tho :p
Always flat black. Or some call it SWAT black. In a low light situation you don't want reflections from a lot of shiny metal.

I'm looking to get a hand gun for concealed carry in my purse. And for inside my house should I ever need it there. And in my vehicle. What do I need? Someone recommended a Ruger LCR. Good choice?

I've shot hand guns growing up. Up to 38. My dad was a gun lover.
The LCP is all the rage right now. I shot some +P rounds through one and I knew I had. I am trying to decide on a .38 revolver for my wife right now. I am really leaning towards a Rock Island M206 with CT grips.

I like semi auto pistols for concealed carry because you can leave the chamber empty but have 8 in the clip. To me a revolver is scary because theres always one in the chamber. At least you have to pull back the slide and chamber a round before you can accidentally shoot yourself  Also if you pull it out and slide one in the chamber most bad guys will run the fuck away real fast.
A clean revolver will nearly always fire.

If I feel the need to pull my weapon, I want lead down range. That's why I carry my Sigma with one in the chamber. Otherwise it's a heavy paperweight.

My wife doesn't have the strength to fight a semi, with recoil springs and stove piping due to limp wristing. That's why I am seeking a revolver for her.

you need lots of range time and professional tactical instruction on weapon retention training and handgun use against assailant(s). anything less is liable to get you shot with your own weapon

im not sure how old you are, but i think if you someone who goes out with the girls in a big city at night time and oyu have a few drinks and choose to walk home kinda deal one of those in your purse is nice
or regular pepper spray whatever
29 and do girls night out at least 2 per week. Gun in purse not a great idea for those nights, I agree.

I cringe every time a see a girl with a set of handcuffs hanging from the rear view mirror....there are 2 rapists in Folsom prison that used a girls own handcuffs against her in a rape. The girl had gladly provided them....

I see your point, but the op wants to carry it in her purse at times. One in the chamber and a pen on the trigger may lead to an accident with one in the chamber. Girls keep a lot of stuff in those purses and if anything can put three pounds of pressure on that triger with a round chambered then ya....you get the point.
