Hi All
I'm trying to get rid of the last few remaining spider mites that i'd thought i'd got rid of but just noticed some new white flecks on a couple of leaves and there's a few little shits still under the leaves.
Been treating them with Azamax but last time I sprayed the girls I thought they looked completely dry and put them all back in the tent under the 600 HPS but after a couple of days I noticed that some of the leaves were bleaching under the lights where there must have been a few spots of moisture still left on the leaves after spraying so I don't want this happening again.
The grow shop said the best time to spray them is about an hour before light's out obviously depending on how many plants you have,is this true??

Never spray your plants with the lights on, some things like Epsom salt under a t5 may be fine but may not be a good idea under a 1000w hps. Strong bug sprays will bleach your plants. Even my veg tent that's on 24/0 I turn the lights off for a bit right after I spray them.

The best time to spray imo is right before the lights come on, like just long enough for them to dry and then morning. But if you dont have a green light id spray right before lights out, like just long enough to dry. Buuuut thats just my advice, i spray right in the middle of the day every time. I just have a LOT of fans to dry the plants quick ;)

Right before the lights come on and when they go off at night (as long as you have adequate air movement) for nutrient foliar feeding, same plus high noon with plain water.

Youre just trying to avoid high light intensity magnifying in the droplets causing the phytotoxicity. Despite high noon intensity, sometimes plants need cooling Midday outdoors. Wind keeps it from getting phytotoxicity.
