As with most countries, to become a citizen of Australia, you must pass a test of sorts. Well, we think the 'official' test doesn't cover some essential language and socialising skills that the average person needs to survive and enjoy this great country. So, starting today, Ph03nix and I will begin the new Aussie Citizenship Test, exclusively for RIU folks.
To start off, we'll explain the term 'Billy'.
Billy (noun): A bong. Generally accepted to be coined after the swagmans billy, a tin can with a wire handle, used to boil Tea. Sucking on a billy sounds much like a billy boiling as well.
