16 days into fllowering, what should my buds look like?

Both plants are pineapple chunk, but one has more sativa like thin leaves, but indicia style buds, long and thick, the other has indicia style leaves, but seems to have sativa style buds, kinda spaced out, a bit stretchy and not as far along(started flower on the same day, veged the same time) and is slightly less dense also, weird huh? Sorry about the light, they do love their leds though

Nice, it's all pretty exciting from here on out, huh. Just get fatter and more caked in crystals. mmm mmm I'm dying here because I'm almost out of smoke, and the stuff I've been smoking the past few months has been absolute shit.... so I'm just looking at the calendar wondering when I can start cutting off tiny 'tester' buds. I can't wait to smoke proper herb again.

I feel your pain, only thing I can find right now is that Brown stemmy whispy hay I used to get in high school, can't wait to fill my pipe with the goods!
P.S. I don't just remember the shirts, I collect the decks(skateboards) they are way harder to find and some cost into the thousands, when I was a kid they were about 60 bucks and I used to tear em up riding them, now I wish I would have just held on to a few

I wrote the following post yesterday, but I guess I never pressed post... so here it is a day later....
When my dad was buying my decks I would get painted ones, I think the McGill with the skull and a dragon/ snake thing crawling through it was my last expensive board. After that they started being the pill shape they are now, and I only bought blanks. Bringing back memories man... I remember the plastic they would put on the bottom, what was it called, 'ever slick' or something lol. Good times dude.
I actually did buy a collector deck a couple years back. It was one that had art on it for my favorite band. Like all my collector items, it's gathering dust in an attic somewhere, next to my John Elway signed helmet, and my prized baseball cards.
Here's a couple shots of the gals (and a guy) at 27 days.

That smelly cherry looks beautiful, plemon and quake are really frosting up nice, especially that quake.... Penny( my biggest pineapple chunk is really starting to fatten up finally, and the runt of the litter( not as much veg time) looks to be a completely different pheno, but is frostier than her big sis, and yes those are vintage 90's gullwing 5's on that Powell peralta Tony Hawk

So these two are on day 24. I really hope the blue dream fills in and gets frostier like my cheese plant. This is my very first grow/harvest and i bought the blue dream and got the cheese for free so the BD is what i was looking forward to. But all in all i am still very happy with how my cheese is turning out.

Looking really good, I have tried both, I like the buzz from the dream, but that cheese taste is on of my personal faves! I'm sure the blue dream will fatten up for ya, I think it has a much longer flower time than the cheese does so you'll have that to smoke on while you wait

ok so now I'm kind of worried! Every night I inspect my babies before I go to sleep since my light is on during the night. While looking at my cheese plant (MY BEST ONE) I noticed two pods that looked different then the others. The main difference was, they had a tiny steam on it coming out of the node before the developed pod. Now that bothered me because all my other pods are right on the base with no steam. So immediately I started thinking I stressed my plant into a herm. I looked all over the plant and couldn't find any other spot that had the same type of pods. Both pods are only on one steam and the same node (towards the bottom). They are not next to each other like a cluster and one was open and had hairs. Correct me if I'm wrong but male pods wont have any hairs on them even if it is a herm right? Also let me add that I was doing a light pruning because I read that if you do one light pruning about half way through the plant will focus more energy on building buds so having said that. I was scared it was a male pod and decided to give it a vasectomy LOL but probably not smart. Let me know your thoughts.

I can't really picture what you are saying, but I can tell you that cutting a little off the plant isn't going to stress it into being a herm. Maybe if you cut off a branch per day, which I doubt you are doing. I've chopped the hell out of my plants on certain grows and never dealt with them acting up, if anything it will slow their growth for a day or two. Also, if you think they might have been balls, go ahead and cut them off no problem, you aren't really losing anything but doing that.
And no, male parts don't have hairs. If you get bananas growing out of your buds they won't have hairs.
