So I'm wondering if this is nitrogen diffecience or toxicity

Neither in my opinion. Only thing I see is what appears to be an over watered plant.

Over watered???? I have a moisture meter and wait till it starts to wilt to water and is dry on my meter

Your issue is smaller than the size of a tear drop.

repot to a bigger pot maybe? it looks pretty good to me. what do you expect it to do? i just repotted my charlottes web plant today and it was pot bound so i hope that will help. i also checked the soil for critters and it is o.k. need a microscope for next year.
anyway, the roots like to get as big as what is above ground, not just grow around the pot.

If its anything its over feeding starting. But theres no real signs yet so dont change anything yet.

No. I repot when the plant is bigger on the top than the pot below it. Ive seen roots poking out the bottom after a week after transplant.

Um i wouldnt. If you look at the plant from the side id bet the pot is bigger than the plant.

if the leaves get to the sides of pot. Transplant
