what are these spots,, they are showing up on my Sour Diesel , plants are about 20 days old from clones, they are in happy frog soil, only giving water so far,

That my friend, is a progressive case of phosphorous deficiency. Get that lady a good feed with some basic NPK nutes.

Depending on what water you're using you will likely need to make magnesium a part of your regular nute schedule as well.

Mag def would be causing dry/crisping of the leaves as well as a fading of yellow from the tips toward the middle of the leaves in combination with the intervienal chlorosis. This is text book P-.

Calmag is the issue, OP didn't provide enough info to pinpoint the reason though.

what information can i give you to help me,,,
soil is FFHF ( happy frog)
the clone is a Sour Diesel its about 25 days old,, it was up potted to the 1 gallon container 7 days ago
its been given only water from my well, no clorine PPM of the water is zero,, good clean crisp oregon water

But it's up to you to figure that out. Also up to you to pinpoint why it's happening... I would strongly disagree that your WELL water is 0ppm. But if it is under 200 you should be fine using it.

Basically is this a case of cal and mag being depleted in the soil or locked out for another reason.

I'm guessing the latter.

In my opinion, it still looks more like P- than Mg. But your plant, you decide.
