I've seen a few times where it was actually more vigorous the 2nd time around while vegging, whether that was due to me not topping or training them the first time and them being mangled and sort of topped from the reveg idk. Definitely a great way to preserve genetics if u have the time/ space.

I think the re-veged plants ALL have more growth than 1st time around, as shoots tend to be more plentiful from the re-vegged bud-sites. Happy growing,

Looks good, I'd leave it at least one week, then take cuttings, and/or re-flower the one above..? Wish you a happy grow.!

Ps. Has that plant had sum seeds 1st time around.? I can see sum swollen calyxs top right of your pic, or is it just the remains of bud.?

Cloned to keep a strain alive. It was late flower but i was determined not to re-veg. Roots grew but thrips ate my leaves so the clone has little hope. I still care for it but it dosent look good. ordered spinosid but it still hasent arrived. boo amazon.ca

^Yikes, I just had to battle thrips in three spots in my setup. One of the spots was in 4-5th week of bloom when I was hitting them with spinosad (captain jacks dead bug brew), a week or so later and I don't see any!!!! Hate those things I lost 3, 5 foot mother plants because of those bastards awhile back, ugh! Good luck!!! :cuss:

Also Its good to wait until the plant is back to full re-vegetative before taking clones. I had one strain that went herp derp and stayed in 1-3 finger leaf purgatory for weeks on those clones because of that. Once its back to making 3-5 fingered leaves it should be ok. Helps to leach the soil with plain water if u didn't before harvest, then switch over to N feedings as soon as u see the bush growing back .

I think your plant is possibly at the point where it's growing only normal leaves now, not any pear-shaped single leaved new growth is there.? I'd wait til shoots are big enough for cuttings , what is your feeding/watering routine. What guy above says, flush/leach soil ,then feed.. are you feeding it just now.? I've no doubt you'll do well as plant is thriving.! Goodluck & happy growing..

watch out mate the main problem I`ve had with re-vegging plants apart from them sometimes going hermi, is that you get a big bunch of new growth right over where the buds were, you need to trim some of it away or your at risk of getting mold grow there

But if I use GA3 or some other pgr`s or a mix to get it vegging again then I find normally you can get some early stretch into the plant so its not so clustered up against the main stem like that

Hell with ga3 if you get the dosage right you can harvest the plant, spray it with ga3 then leave it under 12/12 watch it veg for and then flower, you can also use some more ga3 to make it veg longer or use triacontanol to get it to bud faster

the down side to re-vegging is if your dirt or plant has any mold or bugs they will be far more dug in so re-veg can have some bad effects

we re-vegged a plant once and it must`a got a small thrips infestation, and by the time it was pulled out the flowering tent it had really fucked up the rest of that batch too, so that`s something I always remember when re-vegging if it`s going to live with other plants.

First harvest (125 grams)-

revegged for a while (this photo is day one of her 12/12)-

Once again back it's the incredible (145 grams)-

before saying "reveg is for chumps" ask yourself "do I want clones of this pheno?"
If you're not sure about the answer, reveg and clone
If you're sure you want clones, reveg and clone
if you're sure it's crappy weed and you don't want it, reveg and sell on craigslist HONESTLY- "I have a plant I've revegged and want to get rid of, good root system, good yield, mediocre smoke...blahblahblah," you''ll get someone to cough up 30 bucks I bet

I guess putting this post against the one above, I'd say don't reveg a plant you didn't lst in the first place, but if your plant had like 6 similarly sized branches, then it'll be strong enough to reveg. The flower pictured ended like this:

you dont need much on it to reveg it. just some lower buds. but it takes like 3 weeks to bring it back unless you really want to save the strain and cut clones just let it go
