Hello everyone !!!!
Well I have a few months trying to assemble my own DIY Cob bars and I found this forum valuable information that has helped a lot to choose the option that best suits me. So I decided to go to share with you the construction of the lamp-led and his first crop and so to help and inspire those who need it and go asking any questions to you may, I'm really a novice at this, this is my fourth crop since May I start.

The configuration will be:
6x 36v 3500k CXB 3590 cd
2x hlg120h-c1400b
800x160x35 3x HS for passive cooling

In addition will go 2 or 3 red and blues bars 85wCree

The measures of the closet are a bit special: 1600 length, depth 900, height 900. To maximize space, I hope not to have problems, I will use an extractor 125mm, plus a sunun Intractor, a fan and a dehumidifier.

As you find yourself seeing cm and mm measurements?

Forgive my English from google !!!!!

here we go!!!

Cheers.

Some pics from last grow.

Bonjour
Did you try cxb without red and blue?
Nice plants...really healthy!
What kind of nutes do you use?
Is it a scrog? What is the final size of the buds?
Have a nice day!

Those look like 15cm pots in a sog?
If so I would be even more intrigued of your results...I hope to do something very similar!

Hello!! sorry about what happened, much encouragement !!!
The CXB even the'm doing, my only experience is growing with B & R.
I use Biobizz, delta 9 and Bolbastic, and I decide the dose depending on how they are.
It is a SOG, 16-25 plants 40 / 50cm in height and to 10cm buds up.

It seem you are from EU since you use todogrowled...
I know a guy from Belgium who have a friend who have some tdgled panels and he is happy with it!
Is it the one with cxa or vero?
Where did you buy the hs...tme?
Is it the 1000*165*35mm? Do you plan on add a 140mm fan?
Have a nice day!

Yes. I am a Spanish grower. My TGL's are the originals (specific spectrum).
yes, those are my hs. 3 x 800x165x35. at first did not want to use fans (2x cxb3590@1.4A per bar). to see if they are not very hot.. Tomorrow is the last cut, holes, threads and begin sanding. the ideal holders have accurate screw to screw 50mm. true? Cheers

So you are not far from me...!
Maybe I will see you at expogrow!?...
I am sure it will be ok passive with those big hs...but to be more comfortable add a cheap 80mm or 120mm fan @4.5V and a 50mm one on the driver (mine is outside the tent and I have 27ºC in the tent and 19º outside) and if it is too cold in the tent let the driver in without fan!
Which 3590?
Was it hard to cut the rad with a saw?
Have a nice day!

Hello!!
Expogrow is in September? Even a long time but the truth is that I still have quite a distance, so is no guarantee that go.
I also think two should be fresh, and not wanted to put fans because my tent is very short (3ft).
The other day I left over a perfect box of perfect connections to get my drivers and do everything very comfortable. (then I'll post some photos), I hope they does not ask me to return. Also came with a driver meanwell 12V and 11A.
what do You think about to connect the driver to the COBS with 2 meter cable 20AWG ???
The cobs will cxb3590 cd bin 3500k 36v, I'm hoping Jerry to send me them with the drivers.
And yes, I really cut cost HS, but not as much as it seemed, aluminum is softh.

cheers

You bought the drivers from Jerry...so it is delivered by dhl...I hope you are not going to have to pay vat...
I am scare of that...55 $ for a driver 110 $ for 2 plus shipping cost 150 $(10 $ for cxb and holders 50 $ with 2 drivers) so 75 $ each...72 €! And the risk to pay vat...tme and mouser 71 € (free shipping in mouser 7, 50 € in tme) vat including!
