Running CXB3590 72v @ 1.05A

I'm building a 6 CXB3590 72v COB modular actively cooled light with 2 HLG-185H-C700B ,So I like the idea of running COB's a little harder if i wish so am I right in thinking one HLG-185H-C700B could run 3 COB's at 1.05A?

Each COB at 1.05A is pulling 71.94Vf x 3 =215.82Vf
The C700B has max voltage of 286V

So as long as the volts the COB's are drawing stay within the max voltage of the driver I'm good to go yea?

Except that the C700B is pulling 700mA's and not 1050 mA....so adjust your #'s accordingly for 700mA :peace:

p.s. Inventronics and some other crazy little known specials are out there for that much voltage @ 1050A....Maybe the Meanwell 240 series too, nothing below the HLG185, has that much voltage.......

Ahhh so the C700 can only do 0.7A yea and if I wanted to run them harder I'd have to use the C1050?

Can't seem to find the a listing for a Meanwell HLG 240....maybe Jameco....The 240 has the best potential imho.....:peace:

Its either 2x HLg 240's or 3x HLG 120.....thats my final suggestion......, wish someone would chime in from your side of the pond for HLG 240 access....Mouser is in Europe too....:peace:

Yes mouser is in EU too...more expensive (vat) too...but Jerry will have some next month at this price(but maybe 20/30 $ for shipping!
Tme.com will or have some check it!

Do you really fell like you have a lack of intensity?? Cause I have the same in 36v (cxb 3590 3500ºk cd) on a hlg-185-1400b and I am very happy with it...really intense...and I want to keep my first build as long as I can! (And be digged with it...nobody will have it...lol!)
