Growing through glass?

I have a couple of extra plants to remove from my tent to make room.
I have a south facing room and with the sun low in the sky I get lots of light through the dual pane window.

Will that light be okay to use?
In other words does the window glass filter out any rays the plants need?

I do the same but give her as much extra light as I can maybe 2-3 hours of HIDS per week
