IMG_20151203_025432.jpg I recently sprouted a plant in some coco grow and a random plant sprouted with it, I thought maybe twins somehow I didn't notice, even tho I germinated them first, she looked the same on the very first set of leaves, but now growing like into a completely different plant. Can anybody help identifying it? I have no clue what it could be have been looking forever!

It's a tree that drops brown seed sheaths. They're fun to bonsai. Practice your topping and LST on it.

Wouldn't happen to know a name or better description maybe? Guess I could grow it out to see, still wondering why it's there.

The seeds get everywhere. It's similar to a tamarind tree. The seeds are, brown, hard, but smaller and fruitless.

Mimosa Pudica and Mimosa Hostilis both come from Brazil, wouldn't that be unlikely for it to end up in OP's growing medium? I think black locusts is a good possibility, there are too many plants that look similar as seedlings to be sure.

But if it was Mimosa Pudica I would keep it just because they are neat :p, they fold up when you touch them from my understanding.

I was thinking maybe some cross contamination in coco? Why would any plant end up in a brick of coconut husks. Thinking maybe wherever the coco grow came from maybe sells mimosa hostilis and it got into my bag lol
