you can always substitute the bread or bun for lettuce, so you put lettuce on bottom and top and eat with knife and fork , this way when you eat out you have more control of what youre actually eating
i know you eat out a lot due to your job and life style, restaurants always use the most fattening products so make the little changes like
dressing on the side (so you can control)
half the cheese
half the portion in a to go box so you can eat the rest next day or for dinner (if resturant portion is too big)
as for your last dinner
too big of portion.
cut the rice in half.
if you used butter on the fish its too much,
looks to be more wet than it should
