Any suggestions for LED lighting for veg only

Looking for a quality LED light to use for vegging only. Looking to veg up to 18 plants until apprx 2-2.5' tall. Not looking to break the bank. Any and all suggestions please.

Well in that case..... Cree cxb3590 5000k running at 700ma would be awesome.

I've never looked into led always been an hid person but I was thinking i would have a little better success and little quicker results under led over CFL and less heat issues then hid

77 sq/ft...15w a sq/ft would be good with the latest LEDS. 1155w spread as evenly as possible

Damn.... That's a big area. I'll let the pros handle that.

Bunch of 200w one driver light bars would do it... Pretty easy build

ive always vegged under 1k hid just waning to try something new out. Putting a new veg room together in the next couple of weeks so now is the time.

I got a few threads with light builds but not as organized

Supras threads have all the part and build breakdowns with eFficiency numbers

What kind of heat do they put off? Would a 1/2 hp chiller keep my res and heat off these lights in check?

Using the new 3590s less than any other light. At least when run at 50% of their maximum output or so

Depending on design you can get them to run cool to the touch
