It will dry too much and you'll miss the cure zone of 60-65%. That's what happens to me, but I'm in an exceptionally dry environment. It's easy for me to overshoot the drying process (or the outer material to dry too far, while the inner is still wet.).
I like to get down to 70-75%, then put them in a Sterlite plastic storate bin with Boveda 65s to act as some gravity. I try to work them carefully down to 65% by leaving the top off for 20 minutes, or pouring them out onto a cookie sheet for 20 minutes.. When they reach 65, then I'll use Boveda 62 and hold them closer to 62. I have to work at it because of how dry my environment is.
So, it depends on your climate, the RH where they're hanging.
