Well earlier this year or late last year I had made a thread about me having seizures, well I was watching Netflix tonight and there was a show called Nightmares or something talking about sleep paralysis. I am 100% sure this is what I had.. Creepy as fuck.

Anybody ever had sleep paralysis?

multiple times when i was younger..usually involved some type of "entities" only way i can describe it, in human form, standing over my bed holding me down. I chalk it up too subconscious reactions during the wake/sleep transition. Now the people i see when I'm not sleeping..that's a different story..

Seizures and sleep paralysis are two very different things. Seizures are nothing to ignore. Ever. Not even a single incident. Anyone suspected of suffering a seizure should be immediately referred to a neurologist.

Yes. It's only scary because you freak out and panic. If you can keep yourself from panicking and just realize everything is ok, become somewhat lucid, well. It becomes a different experience. I can't really describe it since I smoke so much weed before bed anymore that lucid dreaming doesn't seem to happen as often. But, just try to capture that moment. Accept what it is and live inside the state you are in. It's very different. But not scary so don't try to change or control it. Just accept it. It won't be life changing or anything, just different. Very Peaceful when you don't panic. To describe it is really not coming to me right now. Maybe that is enough of a seed to get you thinking. Better luck next time. I remember when it scared me too tho. In the beginning.

I was gonna get it once, then I decided not to. Best decision I ever made, you've gotta make better decisions bruh.
I had paralysis of the Cack when I was born. Long story short, it started to function again as soon as I turned 11 or 12.

My kid had that for about a year, fucking freaked him out. He'd get panicky and fought them hard, he reported it took him about ten minutes to break out of their grip before he was able to move around. I can't imagine, sounds scary...
