Shit.. I am in a situation with another bank that I sent them money, tracking says it arrived but they say they never got it... that is fucking annoying. Still haven't accused the guy of scamming me because it may be a legitimate mixup but my gut is telling me I got got.

Sux it.. This isn't 1999 so at least we don't have to wait for those little magazines anymore but shouldn't we have came up with a better payment system than cash in the mail by now? I've said it a couple times but if they can't figure out how to safely accept cc a simple escrow system like they ran on the road would help minimize this shit.

Best case scenario is a legitimate mixup and you get your stuff but now that you know just what would happen if THEY either lost it or claim it was never received, r u going to be sending anymore cash in the mail?

Honestly never had a problem sending cash until now. I have my trusted banks that I usually send cash to in America, although I have been using PayPal more when possible. Seeds r us had topdawgs 3 chems and I wanted that shit bad and every where else was already out of it. Probably won't even have those anymore if my money does show up so its already pretty fucked imo...

what's worse, you would think if you are missing a payment that would be a priority for a business but it doesn't appear to be for this guy.

Not sure if they are backed up or not as some people have received their orders from the xmas special, I have not. Not even shipped yet, 5 days and counting. I sent Chris a email simply asking whats the problem? and boy this guy is an asshole for real. My suggestion to all, don't even "bother" him or "he'll refund your money" (direct quote from his response)...

my last oder shipped slow too. used to be a 2 to 3 day process. now its 7 to 10 days.
but ive never had a single problem with the dank team.
beans show every time.

im def tweaked over the lame topdawg selection.

but def buying one more pack (maybe 2) from norstar & swearing off beans.
got mad cuts to grow.

love to jump on a great special just cant swing the new years version. maybe wait till 4/20.

patience. but i agree & align with any argument for better service.
& used to be better w/ regard to ngr is accurate.
still my go-to in the usa.

im 100% done buying seeds from the EU.

USA, EU, CA or the end of the globe makes little difference to me. Handling time and shipping time are seprate, imo an order should never take almost week to package and ship.

Also, quick update (as I was typing this) I got a shipment confirmation after five days and one status request and a nasty email response. Not too shabby, I guess. Havent had an issue like this with NGR or any other seedbank in the past so I will chalk this one up to the holidays.

Also, Im not about to sacrifice anything in regards to time & delivery with a seedbank. I pay $100s like every one else and expect nothing less that stellar service. We should not excuse lousy service because banks are opening up in the US. Same rules should apply, stellar service, no thrills pricing, no ridiculous shipping (prices or methods), and last but not least we want all this in a timely manner. Got it!

i got a shipment email as welll but the tracking still says " getting it ready" wtf? i ordered the 16th before any deal. dude should be more on it imo. how did you email him; i thought it says not to haha

Make sure you practically kiss his ass on set (be apologetic for what??? idk) but Chris will piss you off, I'm almost certain of it and make you take your business else where (at least that was the only impression I got from him). Very arrogant, almost like he's doing us a favor (lol)

I agree with blowincherrypie JamesBean is perhaps the most fluid in regards to speed than any current US bank and its not even close, seriously. NGR, Greenline, SVoC all you guys need to step it up for real.

Just made my first order through jbc, heard they get it to you ridiculously fast. Hope my 88 cherries is here by Monday to confirm their fast shipping :bigjoint:

majority of the peeps here, doesnt have a problem with n, green, svo, etc.. and are happy with there services...

so please dont ruin it for others like using names and showing how your package came..... basic forum rules....

lewis is one of the few that actually hangs out here and will answer all your questions NICELY.....

just dont act like an azz.. it takes 2 to tango...
never had a problem with customer services from any of those u.s. places....

like cmon lol. i mean i get like 1 or 2 packs of beans for a bill or 2 and not trippin ; but once you start placing $500 plus orders they should atleast try to tell you whatsup.
