I love TDT. Their prices and shipping at great, but every one can improve on something. I reiterate again, because this seems to be getting flat out ignored....It's bad form to print a label which generates a shipping confirmation and then not actually ship the merchandise for a week. Not a huge deal by any stretch, still getting my beans in 2 weeks time, but this is about managing customer expectations. I'd have rather gotten the shipping confirmation when it was actually shipped.

Who are you trying to dictate shit all the time?? If someone has a beef with bad customer service, or prices of seeds, what business is it of yours?

These guys are running a business and making a profit from their customers. They're not above criticism. Why do you care if people have a problem with them and choose to voice it?

i bought my farmhouse beans on ngr.
didnt pay a lot for dem beans. few pesos mis amigos.

sometimes, like any lucha libre warrior, you wonder if a person has an angle... an agenda.

for example, i like night time photos for my nugz.

or you paid x pesos more than me for magic beans & u deserve better service than my $40 pack. every luchador deserves equal treatment. great service always. its beans in a fucking box for crying out loud. get em out & in my hands.

here's a day shot of my early gs nookie selection. & still have 15+ beans to crack.

lol... uh. i buy cds for like 15 bucks from the uk with tracking that works just fine. just saying its pretty funny i am spending that much and the tracking doesnt even work . shit ; if its about money and business; lets make it about money and business!

Has your order changed status yet? I checked the status of my order from last week and should be here Saturday assuming no delays.


Also side update, got my topdawg 3 chems from seeds r us finally. Not sure what that guys system is but it seems weird he shipped my order but had no recollection of receiving payment.... put down the dab rig lolbongsmilie

So all in all today started shitty and is turning around.

the last email i got says my order shipped; but the tracking says my package has not been shipped. guess i will just email him after 2 weeks ( not including sundays and christmas )

this is about them not getting info on the shipment.... if they can just be patience for alittle bit, everything will workout....

peeps if you read this read from the beginning and the old ngr thread... notice the people complain about info for a week about their package. then disappear???? or say got it..... never been one where they NEVER got it...

minimum 2 week wait on most of my orders... had to wait almost 3 months on 1 order

No for my part it has nothing to do with not getting info on a shipment. It is about printing a ship label and then sitting on the shipment. The act of printing sends an email to the customer informing them that the package has been shipped. In my case that wasn't true for a week. Did I email them or otherwise bother them? NO Because I understood with specials and shit he was backed up. But don't lecture me about patience when I am raising a legit customer service issue.

And what does criticism of a seedbank' s shipping procedures have to do with breeders hanging out here?

You should really look at the synopsis Amos Otis posted in the In House Genetics thread. It is fascinating from a custom service standpoint

I was just asking you to clarify on if you really feel its proper to adjust service based on price. I think treating people proper should just be standard business regardless of how much one spends. Buying peanuts or race cars you should be treated with proper service.

I see you are along the same lines.

on another note; i received those cds i ordered from the uk sooner than my domestic seeds. >:(
anybody know what state ngr is even in?
