Their offers aren't to be trusted! The last 3 offers have had free shipping and 50% off, but I've got mates who work at seed companies and there's no way they can be making any money on these offers, unless the seeds they're sending are really poor quality (or not even the seeds you've order - just cheaper ones).

Trust me, know what I'm talking about, the whole site is a con. I'm sticking with establish companies who actually send you top quality seeds - The Single Seed Centre, attitude, Herbies.

Have you bought from us before?

We have been in business for more than 3 years and are growing but we still have a long way to go in terms of where we want to get to. What you are referring forms part of a marketing exercise to aid our growth and one of the ways we do this is through customer acquisition to which there is a cost. We could do this by spending money on expensive advertising or by using other methods such as compelling offers which achieve the same or (from our experience) better results but are more beneficial to our customers.

And to be clear we have only ever done one 50% off offer, which lasted 5 days and was extremely well received by our customers.

Free shipping is not an offer but a standard feature and, of course, only applies to basic, untracked shipping.

I respect your views but our aim is to build our business long term and become a significant player in this very exciting and growing market. To achieve this we need to build our customer base and loyalty and this is just one of many ways we are doing this.

I would have to say my experience with bonza was not good, very poor customer service.
tired them last week . I had to cancel my order maybe just a one time thing but they just wasted my time .

I have bought from Bonza several times. From my experience their shipping times suck compared to other EU banks. They take 3-5 days to process your order plus 14 days across the pond.

I remember specifically contacting them about an order I was going to place and asked them if they could speed up their processing time from 3-5 days to 1-2 days maximum and they said no because they were short staffed.... (lol.... like its my fault) maybe they need to work harder or longer or something... freaking hire someone but dont have online reps telling people their order wont go out until next week... those idiots should be processing orders instead of telling people they cant process orders.... nonsense


Haven't spent another dime with them since and probably wont

FYI.... Im not sure if this is asking too much of an online seed company but outside of holidays & weekends. I expect my order to be expedited and shipped with in a reasonable time frame. Like any other on line business.

All this 3-4 and 5-6 business days to get a package to the post office is absurd and for every customer's time you screw with the may you lose 10 potential new customers... we do talk amongst each other.

You havent even done business with them, your just talking to friends and trashing their name? Its 2nd hand bs talkin guys like you that give good companies bad names.

And yet another guy who hasnt even grown a bean of theirs but yet has something to complain about. Does anyone on this thread have a real reason to complain about? Anyone lose money or not get seeds? No? Babies. :lol:

I just post my experience with Bonza and yes I do want my seeds in a reasonable time frame.
Ive never even heard of bonanza seeds until today. But the bonaza rep is on our website and you guys are going on about how bad they are while theyve done nothing but good bu the sound of it. All i can see is whining babies crying about not getting the seeds fast enough. I got my last seeds through titan and they took almost a month to get in. I was more than appreciative and i plug their name at every opportunity on this site because they came through. The beans sucked and they went two harvests and they adious. It wasnt their fault. If a week difference is a big deal to you guys i can tell why the customer service sucked in your eyes, because you guys are babies, or just here to crap on them for no good reason. Over the years on this site ive seen thousands of dollars worth of seeds go missing and companies do nothing. You guys all got your stuff. Please tell me they dont advertise on our site.

All over this website you can see reps who help users
And users who share negative or positive reviews

Customers come in all shapes and forms and sometimes customers are demanding and unreasonable that's life and that's he business of retail

As a consumer myself I often read reviews on products and if I find some reviews to be overly nit picky or just down right unreasonable It won't stop me from ordering

However having said all that Please stop the name calling there is absolutely no need for it and it's against forum rules

No its not. Its not my time, or money. But as for money, you guys all got your stuff and time? Its a week so pleeeeease! And as for personal experiences.....pay attention. Ive gotten probably 150 bucks worth of free seeds from our new advertisers (gorillaseedbank)(not bonansa) and ive seen many other people from our site benefiting from the new advertising. Seeds everywhere, papers, bongs, pipes, papers, swag, all sorts of crap from the good people at these companies who give money to riu for advertising and gear to our members. Like i said earlier, grass city is right around the corner. Go bash their advertisers for getting you what you paid for. Or make up second hand bs stories about that theres no way their legit.

So, if you go to a restaurant and it takes them 3 hours to get you your food after you order, all is well because eventually you got your food?

Placing seeds in an envelope and taking them to the post office is not a difficult task that requires a week or longer to do. I don't worry much about shipping times when I place an order. Especially from an over seas bank. But who am I, or you, to tell others what they can and can't be upset over when spending THEIR money?
