You have land, next to mine. There is a stream that flows though both properties. I use this streams current for power. I use it's water for bathing, cooking, washing , fishing etc... You decide to block and reroute the stream on your property which totally stops me from using the stream on mine.

LOL...How can you determine who owns the stream? I say I do. You say you do. It was there when we both purchased our land. Your blocking of the stream greatly affects what I can now do on my property.

both parties purchased the rights to the land. You just wanted to not have the stream running on your property. So you blocked and rerouted the stream on your property, but it affected what I can now do on mine. again no one owns this stream it flows for miles and miles past other properties as well.

If you don't have a "right" to use the stream, how are you suffering any kind of a loss again?

When I brought the land the stream was there. I used it for food, to wash clothes, and for power. It was running thru my property, until you blocked it on yours. I suffer a lost because I now can not use the stream that was there when I first purchased my property. Your blocking of this stream has had an affect on my negatively.

Do you own the stream? If you don't, how would you suffer a loss from being prevented use of it? If I don't own your laundromat, am I suffering a loss because I can't just begin using YOUR laundromat ?

Come on Robbie you can do better than that. I don't own a hospital but I would suffer greatly if I was not allowed to use it.I don't have to own something to have suffered a lose by not being able to use it.
No one owns this stream, but everyone was using it, before you decided to block and reroute. We have laws already for this type of situation, I just wanted to see what your thoughts are. Unfortunately you are two stepping around the answer. Do you wish to try again...or you can just start correcting my grammar and punctuation. I realize that @nitro harley would have a hard time doing so.
