For what it's worth..the stream should have stayed in place because of potential eco damage that apparently occurred.

I did answer your question. If YOU don't own the stream, how are you claiming you were harmed? Were you prevented from using YOUR property ? It didn't seem like you were.

I used a silly example to illustrate where I could fallaciously claim I would be harmed by invading your property and then demanding that you had to serve me. I hope you recognized my bogus claim of harm for what it was, since obviously I have no right to control property which I don't own and you do.
