Goldstars have been stayed until the appeals in Allard are done..then they will look at Goldstars
@torontomeds Batshit nuts...haha. John T does have some "out there" thoughts/views but if you talk to him, he will tell you his reasons and they seem sound. i don't agree with him on all of them but I still think he has a good talking point/argument.

Hes passionate and he puts a sence of urgency in his voice. Lets the viewer know this is a serious matter. Gets furious how we have been let down time and time again. He has "Quashs" in almost every province. He has helped patients when others have simply replied with fees and quotes.

Looks like GoldStars are alive and moving forward? just got this in my email from the courts

The Court requests the Defendant to provide written submissions within twenty-one (21) days of the date of this Direction with respect to whether the above-noted matters (which were filed subsequent to the Amended Order dated July 9, 2014) should be designated to either Schedule A or Schedule B.
The submissions for each of these files may be filed as a single document.
