Had them lower just really difficult to tend to plants. Only a 7 foot ceiling height. Plants are have been trained since they were young.

I definitely agree if I had moread room I would have them lower.
Do you think this will affect yields? ?

It probably will since you are having light loss probably not too much to worry about. I can't really give you a "you'll lose 4oz per m3" or anything. I'm guilty of doing the same. I have 7ft ceilings too, keep my lights as high as they'll go and to top it off run bulbs that have 2 years of run time on them lol.

Lol well I'm running new bulbs. Hopefully it won't affect the yeild to much. What's your setup? Sounds like you have the height issues like me are you running screens.
I've incorporated a lot of training techniques just have not used screens yet...

What I mentioned is a new setup. Honestly I'm not too worried about yield so I'm not worried about lowering lights, training or any of that. Just doing a soil run to get the rooms dialed in. I'll be doing rdwc/scrog on my next run now that I have the rooms dialed in where i need them. My rooms are a 8,000w flower room 32'x11', 2nd flower room 4,000w 10'x11' and then a veg/clone room that's 1300w of t5 9'x12'. I keep my mother plants at another house so I can stay within state limit numbers. I just started growing again recently after taking a few years off. I have a grow journal on here call "first grow in a long time". My rooms are all water cooled plus have a 5ton air unit that's getting ready to go in. Since it's winter I don't have a need for it been running the dedicated furnace as of lately to keep it warm. I'm just getting everything up an doing so I've been flipping these plants between rooms lol. Still waiting on genetics of my liking to come, don't want to keep any of the strains I have going now as everyone and their brother has them around here.

Sounds like great potential. Especially with the trial run to get things dialed in. I completely understand about the state numbers. I desperately need more room. Hopefully next Year :blsmoke:

Yea I'm going a little slow right now. I
Should have my plants in veg right now getting ready for flower but with my room in the beginning having serious issues I managed to get PM. Now I don't want any plants I plan on keeping in the same area as these mildew plants so just waiting to get these cut down and out before I set anything up so I can get these rooms disinfected I had extremely high humidity and seriously low temps in the beginning of taking these on. For all I know they had pm also when I took them from a friend but I'm not risking it. I'll start my own strains from seed that way if I catch any funk I'll have no one to blame it on but myself.

It works out anyways lol. Taking a vacation for a week in April. Will be kind of nice to not have to worry about what's going on here
