since I don't wanna buy chronic seeds yet I was going to get Reggie seeds and grow outdoors do I need to germinate inside and then plant outside ? Also if I can plant straight into ground I wanna use compost from a worm farm I have is that great for growing a big yield ? And to plant outdoors do I need anything special to help my grow ?

In your backyard or in the woods somewhere? Either way i prefer to grow them to a decent size before moving them outside. Seedlings are susceptible to the elements that can easily destroy them such as heavy rains/winds. In the woods you also have critters. As far as your compost i would add perlite for drainage. A good sized outdoor plant will eat up a simple compost pretty quick i would think so be prepared to supplement later.

No, but you've got a lot of reading to do. I'd start here - www.growweedeasy.com

You want to use a medium that has been recommended by previous growers for yield
Yes. And im just sayin u may wanna reconsider going bagseed. U can get some pretty cheap pick n.mix from somewhere like rare dankness.
Ad yes get a nice soil. And id startem indoors for at least three weeks minimum.
