I'll be running the only fresh seeds I have atm, it's a cross a friend made from a GSCxOG female with several males so the father is unknown but I have a list of possible candidates. I back crossed them to make more seeds last run but the male and female I used may have different fathers so it's not a pure bx1. I call them Uncledads.

Is it just me or should there be some type of proof of date of germimation date? I was just thinking it would be pretty easy to write 02/15/2016 on a cup last week and take some staggered pictures as its vegging right now, then germ date post the pic from three weeks ago with 02/15/2016 on it, use the staggered photos in upcoming updates, and have a monster. I think there should be a one week marker requested by the host for each person. Draw a heart, or a shamrock, weed leaf, letter, or whatever is chosen, before the next weeks update. It would get rid of some of the argueing about cheating.....no?

Should have to have a news paper or something with a date on it in the pic, don't want to see the name of the paper but the date just to prevent any dishonest people

I was thinking the same thing. Thats why i thought of the one week marker would be good. Wed all be able to see the mark on the week one plant and 7-10 weeks later it should be done right?

Yeah guys, can't we just have a fun friendly competition where you give your fellow forum members the benefit of the doubt? If I have to go to town and get a paper every time I need to send in a pic i'm afraid I'll have to forfeit. It's not like the prize is a new car or cash payouts.

I think it would be cool if the comp had a cup-o-matic voting engine. So everyone would submit their data throughout and then at the end it would reveal everyone's pictures all at once anonymously for voting.

I saw some questionable stuff on cup 7, if the competition runner picked a random number or symbol after week one it would be easy man. No newspaper needed. We all know what a one week old sprout looks like, when we got our cheatbuster symbol and post it the next week it would be sooo obvious if cheating is going on. You wont know what the symbol is so you cant cheat. Thats just what i think. I dont care if my plant is big or not, just nice, and dont really care if people cheat, cause i aint. I just think it would be nice to not be parinoid that im the only one not cheating

Now every time you use the phrase Cheatbuster you gotta pay royalties.
I can't see buying a news paper just for this competition but I'd certainly be down to write a number, letter or symbol of the hosts choice each week and even randomly upon request if needed. I can't stand liars and thieves and that would help keep the honest people honest imo.
