Whats wrong with my plant?

what happens, if i grow weed without fans and vent?
The purpose of venting is 3 fold:
1. Humidity Control
2. Temp Control
3. Get Fresh air with decent CO2 levels in there.

Without venting you have to solve these problems another way.
Dehumidifier
A/C
CO2 supplementation
...

If your grow is small enough, you may be able to get away with passive venting, but you should still put a small fan of some type in there.

Step 1: get a weather station to monitor RH and Temp. Report your current RH and Temp
Step 2: get lights setup to proper levels, check heat and RH after.

Without any airflow your odds for mold are quite a bit higher. Plants could also show slowed growth/bud formation due to lower CO2 if air exchange is extremely slow.

Something like this will work.

I have different ones (comfort zone), but a couple have failed, so I would try a different brand like the ones I linked to.

I'm guessing from previous posts that you are not in the USA, so your brands/models may be different, but you can make any smaller fan like that work.

When it will be time to harvest your buds, and how to add CO2?
Still 3+ weeks. Exchanging air is the easiest way. CO2 can be added by a burner, dry ice, brewing alcohol/beer/wine, or bottled CO2. You don't want to bother with any of them, except maybe the beer. :hump:

CO2 is the least of your concerns right now. RH should be a much higher concern. With high RH you will never get a usable bud, instead you get a mold/mould colony.
