Yellowing tips on leaves. Advice? (

Hello. Out of no where I've noticed a few leaf tips starting to yellow. I have had no issues with this plant since a hiicup in the seedling stage. It is day 44 from sprout, was topped, and is grown in a soil mix of perlite, vermiculite, Organic Soil, worm castings, and blood and bone meal mixed in. It is a White Widow and is growing in a 3 gal. Smart pot. I feed every 3or so days with Neptune's Harvest 2-3-1 Organic fish and kelp liquid fert @ 7.5ml per gallon and Calmag @ 1.5ml per gallon (distilled) ph'd to around 6.0. I am using a mars 300 (135w +/-5) led which is 15 or so inches above cannopy. I should mention i only have around 24 inches of max grow height which is why there is a scrog cage above plant.

Here is the soil formula I used for my mix:

(1 part=4 cups) *excluding bone and blood meal which where measured by tablespoons.

-6 parts organic vigoro potting mix
-1.5 part perlite
-1 part vermiculite
-2 part worm castings
-6 tablespoons bone meal
-3 tablespoons blood meal

Looks fine. If your scared just plain water for a couple waterings.

Thanks for the replies! Judging from your responses, its definitely nute burn? I will water next 2 feedings with no fert. and see if it repairs itself.
